The one where search_web gets skinnier

diffbot-python 3.1.0: web search gains snippet_length (short, medium, long, full). full returns the indexed page for a url:<URL> lookup. Example: db web-search -s long "is diffbot cool?".
diffbot-mcp: search_web returns short snippets by default, adjustable with snippet_length. A bare url:<URL> query returns the full page.
diffbot-skills 1.2.0: skill descriptions aligned with diffbot-mcp tools; news and deals results now newest first; bootstrap installs diffbot 3.1.0 and migrates older diffbot-python installs.
